Full payment is due upon order of any products. If you would prefer to leave a deposit on custom cornices, etc, please contact me for information.
Shipping Methods: Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. We will be happy to provide you the tracking number for your reference on all orders shipped this way.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and item to help with our claim submission. You will also need to retain the boxes until the claim is approved. This rarely happens, but just wanted to mention it in case FedEx has a bad day!
Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy: Sorry, we do not allow returns on custom items. Please let us know if something is wrong with your order. We will be happy to do what we can to make it right!
