I have an event this weekend & need my order ASAP; can you expedite my order?

You can purchase the "rush my order" listing to have your order processed and dropped to USPS within 24 hours. Processing is separate from upgraded/regular shipping. Keep in mind that USPS doesn't deliver on Sundays. You can purchase it here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/690851379/rush-my-order

When will I receive my order?

When you checkout, you can see your estimated shipping/delivery dates. Keep in mind that processing time + shipping time = delivery time. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Why does my sign look slightly different than the listing picture?

Please keep in mind that any item made from wood, being a product of nature, varies from one piece to the next. Items that are painted or stained will have a different looking grain pattern and can also vary slightly in color. Do not consider these variations defects, but instead, unique and one of a kind beauty!

How should I clean/care for my table runner?

If needed, wash on a gentle cycle with no fabric softener and no bleach. Hang or line dry. If wrinkled, cover the design with parchment paper (NOT wax paper), and iron on low-medium with NO steam. Please keep in mind the table runners arrive to you pressed and lightly starched and will get softer with each wash. You can continue to iron after each wash to keep the crisp-pressed look and feel.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

All orders shipped priority within the United States have insurance in case of any damage during the shipping process. If something is damaged please notify us as soon as receiving it with detailed photos. Please keep all packaging since it will be required to file an insurance claim. We will work with you to get a replacement sent in a timely manner.

What happens if I don't receive my order that was shipped First Class?

All orders shipped via First Class standard mail come with a tracking number. You can track your order via USPS website. Once First Class mail is dropped off by the seller and accepted by USPS, it is no longer managed by the seller. If First Class mail is lost or damaged during transit, buyer assumes responsibility and can contact USPS to file a claim/search for a lost package. Seller will not replace lost items shipped via First Class mail.
