My accepted form of payment at this time is Paypal.
With instant payment, I can get your charming items to you right away. If you really want something, and this is not an option for you, then please converse me, as I may have some flexibility.
Paypal payment is expected at the same time as your ‘purchase,’ as others don’t get to enjoy the item if you have it on hold indefinitely.
If for some reason you need more time, please do not ‘purchase’ without paying; but instead, converse me to discuss other options available.
I ship UPS and USPS within 2-3 business days after payment, and all items will be professionally packaged so that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.
Most orders in the US arrive within 4-7 business days after shipment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international delivery. All items come with a tracking number.
If you require expedited or over-night delivery, please notify me before your purchase so that I can adjust fees.
If you are uneasy about the safety of an item, please email me and request insurance for an additional charge. Shipping insurance is required on shipment over $100. Insurance charges range from $2-$5, depending on value.
Free shipping does not apply to International shipping rates/customers, please contact me for a quote before purchasing item. I can ship to most countries as long as there are no prohibitive postal restrictions for your area.
International buyers are responsible for any possible additional taxes due to customs in their country.
Local pick-up is available upon request for family, friends and neighbors.
If for any reason your purchase does not reach you in perfect condition then please get in touch with me so that I can sort something our for you. Customer satisfaction is very important to me!
Refunds and Exchanges
As everything in my shop is ONE OF A KIND, and takes a great deal of time, I do not extend refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If a mistake is made on my part, then I will be happy to resolve the issue.

I will happily make custom orders for LazyBone neck pillows, as long as I have or can get the fabric and pattern that you are requesting.
I will happily make custom orders for Hearts, as long as I can get the color/pattern/theme that you are requesting.
