星 5 個のうち 5 個The postcards and note turned out great. After printing we did notice that a couple of the letters in the headings were lighter than the others. Not sure why that happened, but we did notice it on the proof after looking closer. It wasn’t a big deal. Thanks for a great design!

How long will it take to receive my first proof?
Our current turnaround is as follows:
Invitations | 1-2 business days
Posters | 2-3 business days
Instant Downloads | Available immediately after purchase
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Canadian holidays will not be included in our turnaround.
What are your business hours?
We are open 10:00am - 2:00pm from Monday through Friday. We are usually not online on weekends to send proofs or respond to convos. If you place an order on Friday, you can expect it on Monday. As well, we will try to get back to all weekend convos as soon as we can.
How long until I receive my instant download files?
All instant downloads are available immediately after purchase. Etsy will send you a link to the download page, you will not receive an email from us. You can also access the files directly on Etsy under 'Purchases and reviews'. You will need to download from a desktop/laptop as many items come in a zip folder so you will unable to download or access them from your mobile device.
I need to make an edit to my proof, how long will it take?
Please allow up to 24 hours for any edits after the initial proof has been sent. This does not apply for weekends/holidays. But, we do try to make changes on the weekend if possible.
