Welcome to our Etsy store and Thank you for visiting.
Every custom order is handmade and can not be exactly to the one on the picture presented but will have same feeling.
Please read all the shop policies before you make a purchase.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges

Returns and exchange details
All products are related with food saying that I do feel that food related items should not be returned.

If item says ready to ship then see very careful the pictures because that is exactly what you will get.
But if the item will be made to order it will have almost the same feeling but can not be exactly since I make things without a mold two items are not exactly.

If you order involves a cake topper I will do my best to resolve the problem. Either I can explain to you how to fixed it Or I can send you the materials to repair it.
Or you can send it back to me at your own cost and will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.

We do our best to package the items for shipping because it is very important to me that the product your order will arrived in great condition.

But we can not responsible for any damage after it has been shipped because we do not have control how the package will be treated once it is shipped.

Please note that every cake topper is handmade. Since it is handmade two items can not be exactly the same. But It will have same feeling.

Every cake topper or item has different timing on process.

Payment
There is a 5% cancellation fee for any prepaid canceled order within same day of purchase.

If your order is an edible product like: baked goods / custom made / and if we already started working on your product then It can not be cancelled.

If your order is an edible product but it does not require to work on the order because its already made then you can cancelled if it has not been shipped but there will be a 5% cancellation fee.

If your order is not an edible product and it has not been shipped then you can cancelled but there will be a 5% cancellation fee.

If your order is not an edible product and it was already shipped then It can not be cancelled.

Shipping
Shipping Policy
Returned items or packages:
Please make sure your address that you listed is correct. If package is returned because you listed the wrong address we can resend your package but you will have to pay for shipping again.
We are not responsible for packages undelivered because of wrong shipping address being submitted with your order.

Tracking:
You will received a tracking number when your package has been shipped and will let you know the approximate day when to expect your package.

International Tracking:
You will received a tracking number when your package has been shipped but only it is possible when package is being shipped in the United States. Once it has left the country it is not possible to track your package.
It can take from 2 to 4 or 6 weeks to received your package.
We are not responsible for additional Customs taxes or other fees.

Lost or stolen packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not received your package we will check with the Post Office to see where your package might be.
But if it says that the package has been delivered and scanned then you will have to find out with USPS where your package might be.

International Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not received your package we will check with the Post Office to see where your package might be.
But if it says that the package has left the country, we have no control where your package might be. If it has been detained in Customs we are not responsible for it. Or if it got lost after customs we are not be responsible either.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on orders that are delayed in shipping.
We do not offer refunds on items returned to us with no authorization to do so.

Processing time:
All orders have a different processing time. Please check the processing time before you make your purchase or email us to find out how long it will take for your order to be processed.
