Sue is a GREAT seller! She was always ready to listen and work with what I wanted. The picture didn't to it justice! The box I thought was printed, but it was textured and lined. The garland letters were cut out, not printed on. It was just gorgeous! Very happy customer! HIGHLY recommended! The shipping was done carefully (bc of the extras she put on) and securely. :) Hope to buy from again.

The buyer is responsible for paying any all international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees. We would love to be able to help you avoid that but, unfortunately we cannot list the contents as a gift.

Please check your mailing address through your Paypal Account or any account before purchasing. Make any changes you need before finalizing your product purchase.

Sorry no cancellations on custom orders.
Shipping
Please note that some countries charge an additional fee when you receive your package. You, as the buyer, are responsible for any fees that may be charged once the package leaves the US. Please be aware of your own country's custom charges. It is impossible for me to know all of the charges that may be incurred when International packages arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

I ship within a few days. All of my listing are ready to be shipped unless you are requesting a special order. Please understand I cannot track orders that are placed outside the US. I try my best to ship them within a week but once they leave the post office I can only track them to our customs. I am not able to guarantee International arrival times. Please order well in advance so they have time to travel to you in time.

Please understand that I cannot control the product once I deliver it to the post office. I place tracking on any purchases to ensure it is delivered to the address given at the time of purchase.

I try to keep my shipping and costs as low as possible so I can sell my items at a reasonable price. Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges
My items are created with care. Please let me know if you are not happy before leaving feedback.

REFUNDS: I want you to love your purchase and be 100% satisfied. Please message me within 3 days of receipt to find a solution that works for both of us if there is a problem.

Products need to be in resellable condition, in the original protective packaging, and shipped back at buyers expense. Your refund for the item amount will be processed upon receipt of your items in resellable condition.

DAMAGE: Please notify me of any damage within 3 days of receipt. I will ask you to photograph the damage; shipping companies request a photo during the claims process. Once the claim has been settled with the shipping company and I receive a refund I will refund your full purchase price.

Each situation is unique - together we'll decide on the best course of action for you, regarding fixing, replacement, or refund.

TIMING: Damaged goods must be received within two weeks of your receipt. Returns after two weeks cannot be accepted.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, by their nature, are not returnable. I will work beforehand in detail with you.

I will do everything in my power to make sure you are happy with your custom order, I will convoy you a rough draft of what it will look like, once you give me the okay I will fill your order, Again all custom orders are non-refundable. I love creating custom orders, please be aware that I will most likely place any custom items I have created on my site for future sales. This is how I keep my prices low for customizing. I reserve the right to post pictures of your custom orders even if names are on the items.
