Ordered on August 14th 2016, if I would have known it was going to take as long as it did I would have ordered elsewhere. After reading the reviews I knew it would take a bit to get to me so I decided that was my fault for not doing my research first. So I sucked it up and let the order be processed. Be warned it takes over a month to be delivered. Also note it's almost 13$ cheaper elsewhere. I ordered this as a gift and when my friend opened it today the clasp was broken. I'm extremely disappointed with this as she told me it was a faulty clasp and wasn't damaged in shipping. ****I would not order again from this person and hope my review can save someone else the hassle!

Shipping took a very long time and was delivered to the post office for me to pick up - not my home.
Sincerely delightful is a little shop where you can find special gifts for yourself and your loved ones. I love making pieces that are very delicate and perfect to layer. I am in love with simple designs and the subtle beauty a little special piece can bring out in a woman.
I created Sincerely Delightful because I myself love this type of jewelry and wanted to create something women of all ages can wear.

➽ I ship by PRIORITY AIRMAIL from Europe. For orders placed within Europe it takes about 10 BUSINESS DAYS, for orders placed outside Europe it may take from 10-30 BUSINESS DAYS. The orders are processed within 3-5 business days or longer - please see my shops announcement for any changes to the processing time.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, I will glady do an exchange, without additional cost for the shipping.
If you have measured the necklace,bracelet size incorrectly, I can adjust that, but the cost of shipping back to me and back to the buyer is covered by the buyer himself. I urge you to CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS and WRITE IT DOWN FOR ME, so I can make a jewelery that will fit you perfectly.
If you will not specify the measurements, the item you purchased will be sent in the measurements stated in the listing.
You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. I'll not cancel orders that were already shipped or custom requests.
Additional policies and FAQs
*AVOID any contact with water/lotion/perfume/sweat - they'll get rusty if you leave them wet or moist - this is critical to prevent damages;
*Clean the piece after use with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and natural skin oils that can damage the metals;
*Store jewelry away from sunlight and if possible in a jewelry box while not in use - direct sunlight can discolor the piece and oxygen is known to oxidize almost everything on earth.
