Hi I'm Kaylee at Sincerely, Me! Designer and maker behind all the goodies in my shop! I started my little business at the beginning of 2017 with one mission in mind... defeating the awkward gift-giving moment.
Picture this:
It's springtime. You're attending (approximately) the 74th baby shower/bachelor(ette) party/wedding this month. You're sitting in a circle with 17 people you barely know and there aren't enough mimosas in the world that will decrease this level of awkward. You make small talk and are then summoned as the obligatory round of gift giving begins. You watch him/her/them literally tear through a never-ending heap of presents while attempting to fein surprise and appreciation for the gifts they already knew they were getting. Everyone goes home and carries on about their business. The world turns. The sun rises and sets a new day. No one is better for it.
Aaaaaand SCENE
While this scenario has been needlessly exaggerated, I'm sure you can relate. I think we can all agree that having fewer afternoons like that is a good thing. To correct this epidemic,* I set out on a mission for the anti-awkward. To become the Cheese Defeater. The Comedy Creator. Still working on my super hero name.
In essence, my goal is to make giving a gift authentic again (sorry, Donald)—and better yet—something you actually want to do. Thus, the idea of Sincerely, Me was born.
Sincerely, Me Gifts are care packages, party favors, and gifts crafted for people who want to put a little personality back into gift giving.
They don't fill quotas. They say something real about your relationship with the gift-getter. They say it with a little heart, a lot of personality, and occasionally a fair amount of sarcasm. They remind people that they're special to you and that you care.

Frequently asked questions
I provided the wrong shipping address on my order and it's still on it's way, what can I do?
If your order has not shipped, please contact me right away! Your previous order can be refunded and a new order will need to be placed using the correct shipping address.
If your order has already shipped and is in transit, USPS and FedEx provide redirect services to intercept your package for a small fee. These services can be found below:

I provided the wrong shipping address on my order and it was marked as delivered, what can I do?
If your order has been delivered to the address submitted, there are a few things you can do.
1. If you live nearby:
You may elect to contact the current residents and ask them to release the package to you.
2. Returned to sender packages:
The package will most likely be marked as 'return to sender.' This means that it's on it's way back to my shop! With any luck, I'll be able to resend the package back your way once I receive it. This can be done once a new payment is made for shipping the item again.
3. If you're unable to retrieve your package or it is not sent back to my shop:
I will provide a coupon code to place a new order at a discount.
My item was lost or damaged in transit, what can I do?
If your item was confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier (and the correct shipping address was used), please contact me and I will remake and replace your order. You will need to provide evidence of loss or damage when making a request for the replacement.
Can you customize my box with my wedding colors?
All items in my shop are professionally printed in advance. While they can be personalized using vinyl or letter monograms for your recipient, the design itself cannot be altered.
Can you rush my order?
For personalized items, our standard processing time is 3-7 business days (depending on the item). We need time to create and personalize all the pieces so unfortunately rush orders are not possible. All orders are filled in the order that they are received.
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout but normally cannot expedite processing time.
My tracked item was marked as delivered but I can't find it, what can I do?
Unfortunately we are not able to send replacements for items when the package has been confirmed delivered with the carrier. You may file a claim with the carrier directly and we can provide a discount for you to use on reordering replacements.
It's possible the package may have been stolen after the time of delivery. If this is the case, you will be able to file a claim with your local police department.
We strongly recommend following tracking updates and notifications closely to avoid packages being stolen. Providing a secure location for delivery is also imperative as we are not responsible for theft.
