Hi I'm Kaylee at Sincerely, Me! Designer and maker behind all the goodies in my shop! I started my little business at the beginning of 2017 with one mission in mind... defeating the awkward gift-giving moment.
Picture this:
It's springtime. You're attending (approximately) the 74th baby shower/bachelor(ette) party/wedding this month. You're sitting in a circle with 17 people you barely know, and there aren't enough mimosas in the world that will reduce this level of awkward. You make some small talk and are then summoned as the obligatory round of gift giving begins. You watch him/her/them literally tear through a never-ending heap of presents while attempting to feign surprise and appreciation for the gifts they already knew they were getting.
Everyone goes home and carries on about their business. The world turns. The sun rises and sets a new day. No one is better for it.
*AAAAAND SCENE*
While this scenario has been needlessly exaggerated, I'm sure you can relate. I think we can all agree that having fewer afternoons like that is a good thing.
Thus, the idea of Sincerely, Me was born. We set out on a mission to correct this epidemic.* In essence, our goal is to make giving a gift authentic—and better yet—something you actually want to do.
Sincerely, Me Gifts are care packages, party favors, and gifts crafted for people who want to put a little personality back into gift giving. They don't fill quotas. They say something real about your relationship with the gift-getter. They say it with a little heart and occasionally some sarcasm. They remind people that they're special to you and that you care. Custom and personalized orders
Each listing uses images to explain our ordering process. Please use the last few images in the listing — as well as the item description for detailed instructions on placing your order. If your order requires personalization, please follow these instructions to ensure your order is placed correctly.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
At this time we are unable to accept any rush requests for any personalized orders, though expedited shipping is still available at checkout. Please use the ETAs you see provided in your cart to calculate approximate arrival dates.
CAN I CHANGE DETAILS AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
We can accept changes on orders up to 24 hours after they are placed. After this window has passed, your order will need to be cancelled and reordered.
CAN YOU UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Yes! To do this, please send a message here with your order number and NEW shipping address (including recipient name needed on the shipping label).
THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY
Please visit the tracking link on your order details page or shipping notification email and click the link to usps.com
If there have been issues with delivery, please call the LOCAL post office (not 800 number) for tracking confirmation and GPS delivery information.
Most issues resolve themselves within 24 hours and are due to incorrect scans with drivers.
My tracked item was marked as delivered but I can't find it, what can I do?
1. Many times a carrier will scan a package incorrectly marking it as delivered prior to the physical arrival. If this is the case with your package, they may attempt to redeliver on the next business day.
2. The local post office where the package was sent to will be able to tell you the exact GPS location of where the items where left — their truck does this automatically when an item is scanned out. If it happens that they delivered it to a neighbor or something by mistake, this GPS location should be able to help find out who that was and normally they will be able to retrieve it!
