For some reason we had a hard time getting all pieces of the decal to stick onto the window instead of pealing away on the paper- maybe because we had so many different pieces with our lettering. The coloring is just slightly off for one of our colors, but we weren't expecting an exact match. Overall, it works!

Can you make a custom design for me?
We have the most fun making custom-designed decals for our customers! Let us know what you have in mind and we'll work up something that you will love!
Will you send a proof of my custom decal?
Of course! Our designer will work with you until it's exactly how you want it.
My walls have a slight texture to them. Will your decals stick?
Yes - our decals will adhere just fine to lightly textured walls and you will see the texture through our thin, high quality vinyl. It will look as if the design has been painted on your wall.
Are your decals easy to install?
Very easy! We send simple, step-by-step instructions with each order. You can do it!
Will I have to apply each letter to my wall individually?
No - that would be crazy. The designs will come on a sheet (or multiple sheets if it's really big) and will be applied all at the same time, keeping the letters/images perfectly spaced. It really is that easy!
Do your wall decals have a clear backing behind the designs?
No. Who wants to look at that? Not us. Our designs are die-cut around each letter/image. When they're on your wall, all you'll see is your design - nothing else.
The paint on my wall has a stain blocker additive. Will decals adhere to this?
Certain paints that have a teflon-type additive to resist dirt also resist wall decals. Also, vinyl has a little trouble adhering to low or zero VOC paints as well as flat paint. So check your paint before you decorate. Let's all march in protest of these evil paints!
How do I get the decals off when I'm ready to redecorate? Will they damage my walls?
To remove the decals, start at a corner and simply peel them away. They will come off easily and cleanly and will not damage your walls. Landlords love us!
