We provide secure online shopping via Pay Pal. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to order, we simply use the Pay Pal payment system to ensure privacy and security. When you are ready to make a payment online, you will be directed to a page where you can login to your Pay Pal account if you have one, or you can follow the steps to enter your credit card information without signing in to a Pay Pal account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and eChecks.
We ship most of our packages USPS if you choose our standard shipping option your package should arrive within 5 days. If your product has not arrived by the estimated shipping time you can contact us. Please include your order number, date ordered, and the item that you have not received.

If you need your merchandise faster, send us an email and we can make arrangements to ship your order overnight, or 2nd day!
Refunds and Exchanges
You may return all unopened items purchased at our SistersStore within 2 weeks of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To option your RMA please e-mail us at orders [!at] We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
