Thank you for stopping in and taking the time to look through my shop - Sivani Designs! My name is Silvia and I am the designer and maker of everything you see here. The entire Sivani collection of handmade personalized waxed canvas dopp kits and bags is built by hand by me in my sunny home studio in Pflugerville, Texas. I am sourcing my materials from the best American manufacturers and suppliers in the industry.

Created in celebration of the long lasting tradition of handcrafting and leather-working, my focus is on designing items that get better with time.

◆ RESERVED ITEMS ◆
Please, respect my time and effort to create Reserved or Custom listings and purchase your items within 48 hours. Thank you for your cooperation and timely payment.

◆ PROMO CODES/DISCOUNTS ◆
You are always getting my very best price. My product's prices reflect a fair compensation for my time to uniquely design and hand-built the product, the level of craftsmanship, the premium sturdy US materials, the packaging and presentation. I do not inflate my prices so that I can offer frequent discounts. In the case you do have a promotion code, only one promotion per order. Discount codes may be applied only once and different discounts cannot be stacked, nor can they be applied retroactively. Thank you!

Shipping

◆ SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES ◆
Everything in my shop is MADE TO ORDER. My husband and I work around the clock to ship all orders as promptly as possible. Due to the demand, current production time is 10-14 days unless I've been contacted and made a commitment to a faster turn-around and expedited shipping. I take shipping commitments very seriously, and keep my promises.

◆ DOMESTIC SHIPPING ◆
Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and generally take 2 to 3 business days for delivery after shipment. Larger packages are shipped via UPS Ground, which generally takes 2-5 business days after shipment. At times (very rarely), especially around holidays, it can take longer than those estimates. Please keep in mind that the shipping times should be added to the current order production time to estimate time of arrival. Shipping charges include shipping costs, insurance, delivery confirmation and a tracking number.

◆ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ◆
I use United States Postal Service International First Class Mail to ship all of my international packages. This is the only affordable Intl shipping option. Shipping charges include shipping costs and insurance. Please keep in mind that international packages can only be tracked to the following 13 countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, and Switzerland. For countries not mentioned in these 13, I can't track the international package. I also cannot control how long it gets held up in customs. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. IMPORTANT: Please do not make a purchase via First Class Mail, if your purchase is time-sensitive (i.e. you need it for a birthday in 12 days) as these are approximate shipping times - anything from local public holidays to simple customs delay can slow post down, and I would HATE for you to be disappointed!!

◆ RUSH SHIPPING OPTIONS - PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER ◆
- USPS Priority Mail Express for Domestic shipments - usually next day or 2-day delivery after shipment, trackable, insured.
- DHL Worldwide for International orders - usually 3-5 business days delivery after shipment to any Worldwide location, trackable, insured.

◆ CUSTOMS FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ◆
Please be aware of any additional taxes or fees your country might charge you before you purchase. On orders outside the United States, including Canada, customers are responsible for duty and taxes. ***I WILL NOT mark the customs form as a gift, as this is illegal for me to do and am a subject to a fine***. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions. Invoice, indicating the full value of the product will be included in the package - no gift receipts.

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for country specific information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. Please, allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

◆ RECEIPTS ◆
Receipts are mailed with each purchase unless for US ONLY you specifically request I don't mail one. For international orders, due to international shipping & customs regulations, receipts WILL be included, even for orders that are gifts to the recipient. Otherwise, there is a big chance you don't receive your package.

◆ SHIPPING ADDRESS & PAYPAL PAYMENT◆
Please DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS before clicking the "SUBMIT" button to make sure the address is correct, especially if you use PAYPAL to pay for your order and after you have completed your payment through PayPal. It's the responsibility of the buyer to provide correct shipping address. I am not responsible for packages lost in transit due to incorrect shipping information and cannot honor delivery commitments.

◆ SHIPPING A GIFT ◆
If you would like me to ship your item to a friend as a gift, please enter their address as the shipping address, and I will ship directly to them. If you pay with PayPal, please edit the shipping address IN PAYPAL to reflect your recipient's address. Double check that the ship to address is correct in Etsy before clicking the "Submit" button to complete your order.

◆ MISSING PACKAGES ◆
Shipping times can vary greatly. Please contact me if you haven't received your package in the US within 2 weeks, and within 6 weeks for international packages. Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, had an exceptionally long delivery time.

◆ INSURANCE ◆
Due to the handmade personalized nature of my products, I insure all packages, domestic and international. If for some reason you don't receive your item within a reasonable amount of time, please email me so we can submit a claim for a missing package with the mailing provider. Please, realize that this takes time and I will not be able to mail you a replacement until the claim gets resolved.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love and enjoy the products you buy at Sivani Designs Etsy shop. Because each item is handmade and made to order, I do not generally encourage returns. Please read my descriptions carefully. I've taken great care in photographing and describing all products to the best of my ability. If you have any questions, I respond almost instantaneously. I take great pride in meticulously detailing and crafting my products and you can read through the gathered reviews. Please contact me right away if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase. If your request is reasonable and within my powers, I will do what I can to resolve any problems so that you have a positive experience shopping with Sivani.

◆ REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS AND MONOGRAMMED ITEMS ◆
Please understand that since monogrammed items are personalized for an individual, they may not be exchanged or returned.

◆ REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ◆
Returns and exchanges are accepted only on non-personalized, non-monogrammed, and not used items. A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and item must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please carefully re-package your bag before shipping. You may reuse the same packing material as when it was shipped to you. Please use a solid box, not soft packaging like an envelope or it will arrive damaged. If a bag arrives back damaged due to careless packaging, it will not be accepted for return. If a bag arrives back and it clearly has been used, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please send your items back to me via a trackable courier as Sivani is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me.
