Processing Time
All items are print on demand. This means that we only make your item once you have purchased it. We typically need 1-3 days to create your item(s). Peak times will affect processing times, so please see if there are any top announcements.
Shipping
Shipping can take from 3-10 days within the United States. (Check the estimated time on the listing before purchase)
*Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing times.
Cancellations
Request a cancellation within: Please message right away if you must cancel your order. If product production has begun, then cancellations may not be possible.
We don't accept returns or exchanges as everything is made to order. However, if there is an issue, or if you are displeased with your order, please contact us right away so that we may come to an acceptable solution.

Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
