When purchasing more than one item - shipping will be combined and any overages will always be refunded.

All items ship within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding Sundays).

For customers in the US and Canada, your items will normally take 5 to 7 business days to reach you.

For UK orders I'll post 1st Class and your item should take one day to reach you.

For orders to countries within the European Union (outside the UK) delivery should take 3 to 5 business days.

Items sent to international addresses are sent by first class Airmail. For US customers this means Royal Mail handle the shipping within the UK, handing over to USPS on arrival in the US. Tracking info may not be supplied for these shipments unless stated in the item listing. Shipping upgrades are available upon request.

Appropriate customs declarations always accompany my items. For US customers, your purchases will pass through customs duty-free if their total value (before shipping costs) does not exceed $200. For other countries, please be aware that if you're outside the UK your own country may add import tariffs, custom duties or taxes to your purchase if it exceeds a certain value.

Customers in Brazil, please contact me to discuss your country's import taxes before making a purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on my items but will accommodate them under most circumstances. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact me and we'll work together to find a solution.

I pack all items carefully but in the event of breakages or damage in transit I'm always keen to get as much feedback as possible on what has gone wrong. Please message me and we'll work to resolve the problem.
