These invitations were perfect for my twins 1st birthday party. Very cute design. Sarah was very patient with my questions as I had never ordered invitations this way. The file quality was amazing and my local printer was able to print them easily.

This was very disappointing. I never received the invitations. I sent Sarah a total of 2 emails and 2 messages. She finally emailed me back a week and a day after I purchased saying she wasn’t receiving notifications on Etsy, but I also sent her 2 emails. She then said she would send me the invitations ASAP but still I never received them. I have never purchased something on Etsy that I have been disappointed with, but this one definitely is upsetting. I opened a claim with Etsy and was refunded shortly after but still this delayed my invitations being sent out. Very unprofessional to say the least. After purchasing, typically you receive the invitation proof within hours or maybe a day. To not receive even a response to an email for over a week is completely ridiculous. Do not recommend this seller.
