MORE PACKAGES THAN USUAL ARE GETTING LOST IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM. IF YOUR PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE ON TIME, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND ASK THEM TO TRACK IT FOR YOU FOR MORE INFORMATION.
THE POSTAL SYSTEM STATES TO US THAT THEY CANNOT LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE IF IT IS STUCK IN THEIR SYSTEM. THEY STATE WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THERE IS FURTHER MOVEMENT IN THEIR SYSTEM. IF THEY CAN'T FIND IT IN THEIR SYSTEM, WE CAN'T FIND IT IN THEIR SYSTEM.

AFTER YOUR PACKAGE IS MAILED, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU TO FIND OUT WHERE IT IS IN TRANSIT. YOU HAVE PAID THE POSTAL SYSTEM TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE. If a stone breaks when we drill it, which can occasionally happen due to the natural formation of minerals, you will be reimbursed in full.
Not all stones are drillable by us and this will be noted in the description of the stone.
Drilling is front to back only. No side to side or top drilling is offered.
Please note your preferences in the "Note to Seller" box on your invoice at the time of payment.

There is a $1.00 per stone cancellation charge to cover listing and processing fees. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return your order because we need to provide you with the correct return address.
Your order must include a tracking number and insurance. We cannot refund you if we do not receive your stones or if they reach us broken or damaged. Thank you!

Returns and exchanges
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ITEM OR AN ORDER, YOU MUST DO SO BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. WE CANNOT RETRIEVE A MAILED PACKAGE.

Refunds are made on a case by case basis. Our low pricing doesn't allow us to issue refunds for general reasons. PLEASE SEE RETURN POLICY.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as wrong size or wrong color. Size is clearly listed and monitors vary.
We cannot issue a refund if you choose not to have insurance and your stone arrives damaged.

Shipping costs are never refundable.

We use USPS and usually ship within one buisness day. You will be given a tracking number with each order. Please note that this is not insurance nor a promise of delivery. It only shows proof of mailing and only identifies the last known location in the postal system. Please add insurance for extra peace of mind. We do not offer refunds for lost or damaged packages if you choose not to insure your order. Thank you for understanding that we have no control over what happens to your order once it is mailed.

RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery confirmation date. Do not ship your item back until you receive authorization from us. Without authorization, refunds will not be given and you will have to pay for shipping if you want your stones returned back to you. No exceptions.
