Who we are....

What started out as a hobby for Chris has morphed into a small business involving almost the whole family. Chris and Sarah work together to find and create new product ideas for the shop. What started as a shop that sold just picture frames has grown into small business that offers a wide variety of home decor products.

The name Slacker comes from an incorrect pronunciation of the neighborhood we live in. We are quickly outgrowing our home but we always want to be reminded of where we started. We added Trading to our name because we envision opening up a storefront where we will not only sell our own products, but other locally made products as well.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and Exchanges:
If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us ASAP with a picture of the damage. This will be the first step in working together to take care of any issues that occurred during shipping.

In case of an exchange or return of a purchased item you will need to contact us first and make arrangements to do so. You will be required to pay all return and re-shipping (in case of an exchange) fees and will not be refunded any shipping fees from the original purchases

Refunds will not be made until all items are returned, you will be required to pay for all returned shipping fees.

We do not accept returns or grant refunds on custom orders. If you are unhappy with your custom order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 business day for in-stock items or 2 business days for a custom order.
For in-stock items, we ship no later than 2 business days after payments have cleared.
All listed items are made and will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days AFTER payment has cleared.

We currently ship via USPS.

We automatically add a confirmation\tracking number at no extra cost to our customers.

We are more than happy to ship our items internationally. However, none of our listing reflect that. If you would like to purchase something to be shipped internationally, convo us BEFORE your purchase so we can figure out the shipping cost and we will create a custom listing to reflect the new shipping cost.

We cannot guarantee ANY delivery dates. We can only guarantee when we send your purchase. When shipping internationally, you must consider all factors involved including customs. Please remember, if you are an international customer and your package gets held up at customs, the BUYER is responsible for any and all fees.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have no yet received your order, convo us so we can begin trying to figure out what has happened. We will work with you and do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
