We ship all orders with USPS and ship from Houston, Texas.

Any packages that are returned due to an insufficient address or unclaimed at customs or delivery will be refunded without shipping charge. Please be sure to double check your address before placing your order, as well as after on your confirmation.
*If you would like the package to be redelivered Message Us on Instagram @_SlayedByFeSade_ to make sure we received it. Redelivery Fee starts at $7 (price depends on location and shipping speed) and this must be requested within 7 Days of package be received by us.

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, SlayedByFeSade hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. SlayedByFeSade assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. Be sure to Add on Package Insurance to your order before checking out to have the ability to receive one replacement in the event of a missing/lost package.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS

Are the nails reusable?
Yes, the use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable. For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an electric nail file to gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails to give you many more wears.
How long does the nails stay on?
It really all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nail tabs you can wear them for a few days or even a few hours. With nail glue, for about 1-3 weeks.

*You can also try using both adhesive tabs and nail glue together.

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, Message Us on Instagram @_SlayedByFeSade_ and include an image of the defective or damaged product within 72 hours of delivery).

*Please keep in mind that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.  *Please be sure to order right size as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered. Order A Sizing Kit to ensure you get the best fit.

**Shape/sizes are not all universal, our size chart is a general guideline - though long stiletto and long coffin may fit slightly more narrow as a result of their shape.  Ensure your fit before placing your order; we offer many ways to get your perfect size.  Misfits can not be exchanged/refunded.

**Some clients have natural nail beds that are not easily fit.  If you think you are someone with particularly flat, scooped/shoveled, or overly curved nail beds, please consider this when choosing a shape. If you have a particular nail issue where you would like a consult feel free to contact me with questions.

DIY: Hold measuring tape horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail. If you don't have measuring tape, place the regular tape over the widest part of your nail, and mark where your nail meets the skin. Then place it over a ruler to get the measurement. In mm.
