Rude lady. Slime arrived rubbery. Notified her and said she would issue a refund. After 2 days, still no refund. We were going out of town, and I didn’t want to forget about it so I filed for a refund. Instead of just refunding it as promised, she sends a message telling me her 8 year olds make it and has never had a complaint before and sarcastically tells me she’s sorry it so “harshly affected” my family. I had every intention of just leaving positive feedback and being done, but she’s far from professional and has no clue how to deal with customers.

Also, she said she was “calling Etsy” to find out why the refund hasn’t shown up... she sent the message to me at 10:52, and at 10:54 I receive an email saying I was refunded. It didn’t “show up” because she had not sent it before I issued the complaint.
