Welcome to my updated pottery shop. I make mostly functional pottery with a whimsical flair: mugs, vases, bowls, jars, tumblers, plates, platters, pitchers, teapots. I create texture and interest using slip, carving, and altering forms. While most of my current work is done in an electric kiln using green, brown, blue and red glazes, I like to fire some of my work in a wood or gas kilns to achieve special glaze effects and accentuate the texture and form.
