Here I offer you my best quality ribbons, printed ribbons, trims & laces at the most satisfying and reasonable price.

I normally ship within 1-3 days from the date of receipt of payment

All orders will be shipped from China or Hong Kong
by Air Mail ** WITHOUT Register **.( NO tracking number will be provided).

Please note that international airmail normally takes around 14 to 21 days to arrive and sometimes EVEN LONGER depending on your local Customs Office's policies. Please understand that these types of delays are out of my control.

Shipping Cost via Air Mail **WITHOUT Register, NO tracking number** :
for the first 100 gram (3.5 ounce) cost US$ 3.50
for every additional 1-99 gram (3.5 ounce) additional postage charge is US$ 2.50

If you would like your parcel sent via registered air-mail with tracking number, extra costs will apply.
REGISTERED airmail will be charge an EXTRA US$ 1.5 per shipment.

Please be aware that if you do not choose registered mail the transaction is at your own risk. If your parcel goes missing in transit, we cannot be held responsible.

Shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once it leaves my shop, I have no guarantee if it goes lost, broken or stolen. Insurance can always be added upon your request, please contact me if you wish to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.

Exchanges are acceptable, on a case-by-case basis. Please email me within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Items shall be returned back to me by Registered Mail in their original condition & packaging, unused. Shipping is non-refundable & buyer has to bear all additional shipping costs.

The measurements of all my items are clearly given in the descriptions and all the items pictured are the exact item you get when you order. Please make sure everything is right before you order.

I take every precaution to describe and accurately present my items. Please be aware that different computer monitor may reflect colors slightly differently than actual. I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase when you receive it.

Returns for custom orders specially made for you based on your customized size, color or design will not be accepted.
