Frequently asked questions
When will I receive a proof?
All customized/personalized orders will be delivered to the email address associated with your Etsy account within 24 to 72 hours from date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
What are your shop hours?
I work during business hours Monday through Friday. Any custom orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be completed on Monday.
Do you offer printing services?
I currently do not offer printing services. My listings are for emailed digital files only.
Can I customize a listing?
Yes! Just send me a message with the listing you are interested in making modifications to. Please indicate any color, size or personalization requests.
How do I access my instant download purchase?
Available immediately after payment processing and approval.
You can access and download your purchased art files by going to "Your Account/Purchases & Reviews" or Etsy will send you a download notification email which includes a button to download art files. Where should I print my files?
JPG Files:
Walmart, Target, Costco and pharmacy photo labs are optimized for the printing of photographs. Color/quality may vary if printed through these photo centers, but are great options for a quick turnaround. Simply upload your file through their website or bring file on a flash drive.
PDF Files:
Office Max, Staples or FedEx/Kinkos are a great choice for quick turnaround printing. Select the type of paper/cardstock you would like to print on and upload your file through their website or bring file on a flash drive.
PDF files are great to print from home as well.
