Thank you for visiting Smitten with Handmade where we assure that every item made to order here created with premium products from excellent high end suppliers. There are no "discount store" mesh, ribbons, florals or fillers used in any product I design.

PLEASE NOTE: All of my products are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery unless you contact me first to upgrade to expedited shipping. The majority of my items are delivered by UPS or Fed Ex in 1 - 3 business days after my processing time depending upon the season. If you need something sooner, please contact me to arrange for rush service. I only use a flat rate shipping charge which accommodates the rate changes for the large boxes necessary to ship my items. I do not offer Free Shipping as there is really no such thing. Either the price is built into the price of the product or you use the flat rate shipping charge so that the customer can see what it is costing to ship the product. I do not make any money off of the shipping charges nor do I charge a handling fee to cover the price of the shipping boxes/labels/tape/shipping pouches.

Every wreath or cemetery saddle that I make is unique, there may be similarities as they may come from similar supplies, but I have made each product myself and strive to create something beautiful that you can love and display. A lot of the products I create contain products which are all hand cut, sanded and painted by us here at Smitten with Handmade. I further offer personalization for most of the cemetery saddles that I make which have a wooden sign on them.

RUSH ORDERS: If your order is a Rush item and needs to be shipped outside the guidelines for my normal processing time, please contact me prior to making your purchase so that I can create a custom order listing for you which will allow me to change the processing and handling time as well as verifying that the item requested can be done in the time requested. There is a small upcharge for a RUSH ORDER which allows me to notify other customers with orders ahead of yours that I have an emergency and there will be a slight delay in their item being shipped.
