Covid 19 Info and SMUZZLES™ by Silli Illi
We understand that just by looking at SMUZZLES™ you probably have a pet in need. We applaud you for being a good pet parent and understand the urgency when trying to help a pet in need! In these Covidian times, deliveries are taking longer than normal. For this we apologize and are trying to do our best to help the situation.
Luckily, for our American and Canadian customers, SMUZZLES™ has a lovely friend in the Seattle area that helps us distribute whenever possible. If you are in urgent need of a Smuzzle, contact us with the size you need and we will let you know what colors are available in the Seattle inventory. Please note here, the replenishment inventory to Seattle is also caught up in this Covidian delivery situation, so not all colors and sizes are always available.
All Smuzzles are made in Australia. All custom made Smuzzles, Smuzzles to all other countries than noted above or Smuzzles not available out of the Seattle inventory will be sent from Melbourne Australia. Currently, it is taking 4-5 weeks for International deliveries.
NOTE: International Tracking: Sadly, tracking from Australia is not a free service like it is with USPS. If you want tracking for an international delivery, please select the option. It is found just after you see FREE SHIPPING when placing your order.

5 out of 5 starsNot only was the item wonderful, but the customer service was amazing! My friend has a mastiff puppy who wound up in emergency surgery due to eating stuff off the ground, and when I saw these I knew it would be perfect! Unfortunately, her muzzle size was only an inch smaller than the largest smuzzle, and she was only 5 months old so still had lots of growing to do. Kathi spoke with me and we were able to come up with an immediate solution to help with sizing quickly! The smuzzle works terrifically, and we are noticing that she is trying to eat stuff less and less frequently, so it is helping to break the habit as well. Thank you so much Kathi, while your product is amazing, your care for the dogs is even more wonderful!

5 out of 5 starsEppie, our two-year-old voracious golden, would not be able to run free at the beach or visit houses with tasty toys if she didn’t have a Smuzzle. We tried many other muzzles, but this was the clear winner. She can breathe easily and drink water, but she can’t eat anything. It has flaws. The plastic buckle on our first one broke and they replaced the buckle quickly. The buckle on our 2nd Smuzzle also broke. The mesh is pretty durable.

5 out of 5 starsThis product is amazing. Since I started using it, my dog has not had any stomach issues because he can no longer pick up things in the grass. The Smuzzle fits great, is good quality, and has saved my dog from eating junk that he finds in the grass. It has definitely met my expectations and I am happy that I can now walk my dog in peace.
