Notice regarding Shipping and Tracking for US customers

- Shipping to USA is now a flat rate cost of SGD 9.00 (Around USD 6.70)
- Shipping to USA usually takes 9 - 18 days (including weekends).
- Online tracking within USA is now available.
- The package will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

Notice regarding Shipping and Tracking for Canada customers

- Shipping to Canada is now a flat rate cost of SGD 9.00 (Around CAD 8.50)
- Packages to Canada are now shipped through a new shipping method that provides tracking status within Canada.
- Shipping is slightly more expensive than registered mail but it is more reliable and usually faster as it is given more priority than registered mail.
- From past records, shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks.
- However, if Canada customs decide to hold the package for detailed checking, shipping can take up to 6 weeks, so please do not purchase if you are on a tight deadline.
- The package will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

Notice regarding Tracking for Australia customers

- Shipping to Australia is now a flat rate cost of SGD 10.00 (Around AUD 10.88)
- Shipping to Australia now includes full online tracking within Australia and package will be deposited to your mailbox.
-Shipping to Australia usually takes 9-18 days (including weekends).
- I will be able to help you send a query to Singapore Post too after 18 days of non-receipt.

Notice regarding shipping and tracking to Italy

- I am unable to ship Amigurumi to Italy due to Italy customs prohibitions.
- For safety eyes/noses shipping, please note that it may take 1 month.
- You can track your package on the Italy Post webpage.

General Shipping Information

Except for USA and Canada, physical products that require shipping are sent via Registered Article and require someone to sign for the package upon delivery. If you missed the delivery time, you should be able to collect it from your post office or arrange for another delivery time.

Custom and personalised orders

I reserved the rights to reproduce the designs I make for custom orders unless you specifically state that you want your item to be one-of-a-kind design. A premium will be charged for one-of-a-kind design.

Can I sell the amigurumi made from the purchased patterns?

Yes, you may sell the amigurumi but please credit Snacksies Handicraft Corner for the design. :)

- Please note that shipping may take 2 months.

Notice Regarding EU VAT

Please note that VAT has already been paid for via Etsy if your purchase is below €150. If you are being asked to pay for VAT by your country's customs, please show them your Etsy invoice to prove that VAT has already been paid. There have been some glitches in the VAT system, resulting in some people being asked to pay for VAT (and admin fee) again at their customs.
