I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Any orders cancelled after the start of production will have a 25 percent restocking fee taken from the refund.
If you do have any issues with your order, please contact us. We may be able to assist with directions, or repair/fix/replace the item for you. Do not attempt to repair the item yourself prior to talking to us. This often causes more harm then good.
If we do exchange the suit. The original suit must be sent back to the studio.
Payment
Quotes, or commitments to new projects are valid for 30 days. After that time, projects may not be available or prices may change.

Sizing form will be sent AFTER order is placed. It has clear instructions on the measurements we require.
