Thanks a lot for all your help and testing of the colours which are magic. Also the GR8 is so easy to use and feels great in the hand.

Thanks for looking a Snapdragon Lace. It's my goal to spread the word about not-so-ancient art of tatting. (Tatting was developed in the 1830s making it one of the newest forms of lace). I strive to make each piece a collectors item that you can treasure and wear for years to come.

My grandmother tatted when I was young I always wanted to learn how, but was too small to get the hang of it. In college a friend and I spent a summer figuring out the basics from books and I've been addicted ever since! It is my goal to spread my love of tatting across the world.

Now days I travel a lot and I take my tatting with me everywhere. It's a great conversation starter. It doesn't matter where I am, when I pull out the shuttles people always ask what I'm doing. We don't even have to speak the same language. I’ve shown tatting to North African men in Italy and Armenian women in Los Angeles. I love sharing tatting with others!

I am a big believer in customer service. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about my products or tatting in general. I answer all convos quickly and in great detail to make sure you have all the information you need before making a purchase.

I accept Paypal, personal checks and money orders. Payment must be received before shipment. Items are re-listed after 3 days if a Paypal payment is indicated and has not yet come through, and after 7 days if payment is to be by check or money order, but has not yet come. Convo me with any questions or to work out something else for large custom orders.
Shipping
Items are sent by USPS unless a different method is requested in which case additional shipping costs may apply. I'm happy to add tracking or confirmation to the shipping. Please arrange this with me before ordering so I can add it to the item's shipping cost.

International orders are sent by air mail. Again, additional shipping options are available, but may increase the shipping costs. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs or duties imposed by individual countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're unhappy with an item I will try to fix it. If that's not possible, I'll take it back with a 20% restocking fee. Custom items are charged a 30% restocking fee. Returned items must be unworn and in sellable condition. If you are concerned about the measurements of a piece please convo me before ordering.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love tatting custom orders. For large custom orders ($50 and up) I do not start the piece until receiving the first half of the payment and I ship once I receive the second half. Convo me and I'll give you a price and an estimate of how long your requested item will take to make. Depending on my schedule, even large items can be usually be made within a week. (Yes, I am a fast tatter!) I have a large collection of colors on hand and can acquire more if needed.

Discounts are given to wholesale orders of 10 items or more for larger items and 20 or more for smaller ones.

Interested in learning to tat? I give private and group lessons across the Puget Sound area. I also travel to teach at lace guilds. Email me for more information.

I highly recommend checking out Georgia Seitz's online tatting classes:

Also check out the book "Fancy Pants" by Donna Edwards, available here:

I taught myself to tat from books and this is the one that finally made it make sense to me.
