I sent her a message before purchase to ask when it would ship. she said within 2 weeks. 6 weeks later & it still didn't ship! I filed a dispute through paypal & etsy and my money was returned, thankfully. So disappointing. I love her stuff but the customer service is terrible

this item took over a month to receive. patches were glued on messy and the fabric does not even look the same. this product should have never taken so long to come for the 5 minutes that it seemed to make it.

Had purchased SEVERAL times from this shop without problems. After almost a month and a half I finally received my items (having to follow up a couple times first). My hat was not the same material shown and was drastically smaller than other hats in my order. Not big enough for the knot would fold over on a nb head. More tries to contact the shop by messaging, I finally got a reply that they would remake my item and ship within 1-2 days. Still not getting any additional info, I hesitantly opened up an etsy case almost a week later giving her the benefit of the doubt. She then got a bit defensive with me about opening a case saying my hat was to ship out the next day, but she was going to just refund me. I continued to ask for the item I wanted all along and it was finally received. Be cautious, wont buy again. :(

I will always tell someone to pursue their dreams, follow their heart, do what you love. You only live once, so make it worth it.

I was a struggling college student, working multiple jobs to pay the bills, studying psychology full time and still not making it. I started by crocheting little hats on the side to make a little cash to put some bread and butter on our table. Little did I know that I would quit all my jobs, drop my classes and be able to pursue all my dreams full time and not only be happy but NOT be a starving artist. Who'd-a thunk?

If you look at my shop, it's me. It's my taste. A little bit of everything. I love to not be shoved into one "category". I love making beautiful, sweet and airy tiebacks and headbands, and then in the same breath make a cool little hat for a little boy. Turn around and make stuffed animals and then go in the garage and get dirty and rough it up with some machinery.

I one day hope to own a tiny little shop, and attend craft fairs because the only thing I'm missing right now is seeing my customer's face light up when they find that perfect little piece that they HAVE to have. Maybe I should ask everyone to send me some videos? Haha.
