Care instructions
Please handle you item with care as you would any piece of jewelry. Remove bracelets when showering and do not use or wear when performing any activity which could cause the item to be damaged. Exposure to soaps or chemicals, or rough use could cause damage.
To keep your item shining and beautiful, keep store it away from sunlight and moisture when not in use. Many of my items are made with sterling and silver and silver plated components which if exposed to air or certain chemicals, may lose their shine over time. If this happens, polish with a commercially available cloth or polish to restore shine.
Repairs
If your item is damaged, I am happy to repair it for you, usually with a quick turnaround, and usually at no cost to you. Occasionally I may be unable to repair an item if I no longer have the components in stock, or if it has been altered in some way. However, usually it is a quick fix. Please send me a message if you are in need of a repair.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Items are shipped attractively boxed, however, I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. I am happy to include a short personalized gift note, free of charge- just send me a message to request this.
