We ship using the United States Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex Ground. All stated shipping costs are estimates. SoCalGal Mercantile is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods once it leaves the shop. If you’d like to have delivery confirmation or insurance added to the cost of shipping, please let us know before we ship.
International shipping will be determined and quoted before shipping. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.

Locals are certainly encouraged to pickup free of charge. Just let me know before your purchase so I can remove the shipping charges.
I ship to the address indicated on your ETSY account - NOT your Paypal Address. Please be sure this address is correct.
We are conscientious recyclers, so clean, sturdy, slightly used shipping boxes may be used. The contents will always be carefully packed.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after the order has been placed but we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
If a buyer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, notify us within 5 days of receipt of purchase explaining what the issue is i.e. damaged, wrong color, etc. Arrangements will be made to issue a refund, make a claim against shipping vendor, or adjust purchase price, whatever may resolve the issues. In the case that the buyer changes his or her mind or it's not what is expected, the buyer may return the item at his/her expense for a refund. The item should be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
All sales are "as is". The vintage pieces I sell sometimes show signs of age. I do my best to photograph and describe each article and point out any flaws. Please read the descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Contact me if you would like more pictures of an item or additional information.
