I love what I do, and I love how happy my designs make my customers.
Please contact me, if there is any design you'd like that you don't see.
All orders will begin once payment is confirmed via Etsy checkout. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
Shipping is done via USPS First class or priority mail, depending on size of package.
Please request a shipping quote if you are located outside of the United States. Products are shipped with packaging to prevent breakage.
You will receive a tracking number to keep track of your purchase.
If you need it sooner,please contact me to make arrangements.
Import Duties, Taxes and Other Customs Related Charges
- Orders may need to clear customs in the recipient country.
- Please check if your order may incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
- Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
- Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the recipient country's customs department.
- Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that buyers do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
Refunds and Exchanges
This is a custom item just for you!!
There are no refunds on custom items! Any changes (including personalization, colors, font, or cancellations) MUST BE MADE within 24 hours of order.
* Please make sure when ordering a personalized item that the spelling and choices you want are in the note to seller or in a convo to me.
* Please remember that all items are custom so there are no refunds given.
* If something is misspelled I will remake it, BUT if you just changed your mind, l will NOT give a refund.
* Any item that is damaged in shipping or done incorrectly will be replaced or refunded. Any mistake that I make will be corrected at my cost. I do ask that you send the item back to me by first class mail first, at my cost. NO other refunds or replacements will be done if damage was your fault.
****NOTE: Damages in shipping or errors on personalization MUST BE REPORTED within 24 hours from delivery. NO exceptions!!
NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED AFTER 48 HOURS. YOUR CUSTOM ORDER WILL BE IN PRODUCTION AND CANNOT BE CHANGED OR REFUNDED.
