Stacey is a pleasure to work with! She takes custom requests which I think is awesome! I ordered 5 cups from her previously and wanted to keep the same designer. She no longer has the light blue cup, which is what I really wanted. I do have a small issue with turn around time. I ordered on September 16th and product shipped on October 3rd. Again, I had to contact her to make sure it was shipped out before I gave out at my bridal shower the same week! I expect my order by the expected date I am given, if it's going to take longer because of a customer order, please let your customer know! All in all it's an adorable cup, but I could have probably found the cup at the store and purchased just the vinyl, it would have been much cheaper! If they last the whole week of my destination wedding I'll be happy!

When I contacted Stacey for a custom order she was great! I had a bit of a confusing request so we spoke on the phone so she made sure she had everything correct. I really liked that she didn't just guess on what I wanted and went an extra step! I purchased the listing on August 28th and she shipped on September 14th. That was unfortunately after I had to contact her and get an update. I understand it was a custom order, that it might take longer, but please let the customer know the estimated ship date and stick to it. She charged me the same price for a kids cup as a 20oz cup. It's just vinyl cut outs on a cup. A bit over priced, but I guess if I read deeply enough I would have known that before I ordered. Overall I like the cups, they are gorgeous, just hope they hold up at my destination wedding!

This is a custom item just for you!!
There are no refunds on custom items! Any changes (including personalization, colors, font, or cancellations) MUST BE MADE within 24 hours of order.
* Please make sure when ordering a personalized item that the spelling and choices you want are in the note to seller or in a convo to me.
* Please remember that all items are custom so there are no refunds given.
* If something is misspelled I will remake it, BUT if you just changed your mind, l will NOT give a refund.
* Any item that is damaged in shipping or done incorrectly will be replaced or refunded. Any mistake that I make will be corrected at my cost. I do ask that you send the item back to me by first class mail first with a tracking number, before a replacement or refund is given. NO other refunds or replacements will be done if damage was your fault.
