All my items are handmade with love and care!! The shop is now 100% RTS (Ready to Ship). Most orders will ship out within 2 business days. I do pride myself in getting orders out as quickly as possible so most orders will not take the full quoted time.

So Tweet Designs is going paperless - Etsy will send out an email once you order is placed with your order details - I will no longer be sending out a paper receipt when your order ships. You can also view your purchases through your Etsy profile, click on "You" at the top right hand corner and then Purchases & Reviews. If you happen to need a paper receipt please let me know in the notes at checkout. Thanks so much!

* Please note that all items are handmade and I cannot guarantee the pattern placement on design - they may differ slightly on items pictured as multiples are made for the shop. Occasionally a slight substitution in product or change to a design may need to be made due to items being handmade and on occasion some stock being limited. Headbands will be made in exact replication when ever possible, but be assured that if any changes are needed I will make sure that the look and feel of the design stay as close to possible as the original.

* Shipping - I have no control over the time it takes to deliver once item is shipped. The default shipping option is first class, which generally takes 5-7 business days. While it is not normal I have seen some delays in shipping, taking a week or two longer than normal expected.
**All orders will now have shipping insurance automatically applied.**


** If you are on a time restraint for items purchased PLEASE upgrade your shipping to Priority Shipping (drop down option), this is usually 2-3 days once shipped. This option ONLY upgrades the shipping method and NOT the processing time. If you need the items rush ordered (shipped out same/next business day) and sent Priority Mail please use the Rush Upgrade add-on:
