Care and Use of Your Pottery

With reasonable care your handmade stoneware pottery should last for many years. The glazes are lead-free and will go in the oven, microwave and dishwasher. Avoid abrupt temperature changes by placing pottery in a cool oven and letting it preheat with the oven. Never use it over direct heat such as the burner of a stove.

Remember to always protect surfaces of fine furniture when using clay products and avoid outdoor freezing temperatures. I hope you enjoy using your pottery as much as I enjoyed making it.
