I purchased this soap to help control my oily skin and had read that it may help with my scalp (dandruff).
I have used it for two weeks now (without using shampoo for dandruff) and am very happy to report that it works for both conditions.

This shampoo bar is great! I have shoulder length, thick natural hair and this shampoo bar leaves my hair clean but not stripped. My hair feels moisturized, soft and smells clean. The smell is soft and natural nothing offensive or perfume-y. I alternate between the shampoo bar and co-washing so the bar has lasted even with me rubbing quite a bit with each wash.

Nicest smelling pine tar soap I've tried yet. Lathers up well and leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. The seller was really nice and answered my questions, and I'm happy with my purchase!

The Emerald soap bar is really good for red heads with frizzy hair and my husband loves it. It's not the best choice of shampoo, if you have thin, virgin limp blonde hair. But it's better than commercial shampoo.
