Shipping
We try to put items in the post as soon as possible after purchase. This is normally the next working day, but sometimes we have to go to the mainland (we live offshore in the UK) and this may lead to a few days delay - when this is relevant I will let you know.

We generally use Royal Mail for international and they state that delivery is normally 5-8 working days from posting (weekends and holidays not included in definition of working day). This is only a guide, however, and delivery may take longer than this - especially at busy times of year like Christmas.

The majority of the items do not have tracking as we try to keep prices as low as possible. However, if you wish, you may purchase tracking for your item please let us know and this can be arranged, at whatever the additional cost is over and above the original cost of shipping. Most of the items in my shop do not attract import duty - if I think that this is relevant, I will mention this specifically.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you decide that the item is not for you, please let me know within 2 weeks of arrival and return it to me within 4 weeks. I will then refund the cost of the item. If you think that the item is damaged in transit, please contact me so that we can discuss it further - normally I will undertake to refund the cost of a damaged item.
