One of the best things about ordering from Social Butterfly Design is that all our items come ready to give as gifts. Every item is packaged in either a pretty box or a cellophane bag, tied with ribbon and has a tag to let the recipient know exactly what the "ingredients" are! All the work of giving a gift is done for you!

We are located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. All gifts are made to order and can be customized to suit any occasion!


We accept payments through Paypal, and require payment be made within 24 hours of placing an order. This ensures we can get right to work on your gift.

We do not routinely ship invoices in an effort to save paper, but will gladly send one with your gift if you specifically request it.


Social Butterfly Design ships via Canada Post within 3-5 business days of order. All packages sent within Canada include insurance and delivery confirmation. For packages shipped outside Canada, tracking is provided if requested by the customer and the extra charge for the service will be billed to you.

If more than one item is purchased, we will do our best to combine shipping costs and packaging.

Use coupon code LOCALPICKUP at check out if you are in our area and want to pick up your package instead of having it shipped! Send us a message and we'll work out the details!

Buying one of our items as a gift? We'd be happy to ship to a third party address! Just send us a message to work out the details.

For US and International orders, any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Social Butterfly Design cannot be held responsible for shipping costs associated with unclaimed and/or returned packages. If your package is undeliverable/not picked up at the post office, and is returned to us, we will reship the package to you after a second shipping charge is paid.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of items making up the gifts in our store, all sales are final once a gift has been crafted and shipped.

Cancellation of an order will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, and a refund will be given if payment has been made.

We cannot be held responsible for what happens to packages once they are posted. However, if a package arrives damaged, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
