It was just what I wanted and downloaded immediately.

I have to admit I am too lazy to use it the way all of the videos show, but it still works great for what I am doing and am very happy I bought it. It does take a while to get the hang of it, but once you do it works quite well.

Great customer service and shipped quickly! Unfortunately I have to push the blade back in with a pen if I want to put a new can into the device after each use, as rotating the blade advancer does not retract it. Unsure if this is a defect with my device, or if all the items are like this, but I wasn't expecting to have to do this on each use and expect this will dull my blade quite quickly.

Bit of a learning curve to get the hang of using it, but works great once you learn to manipulate the thin metal. Video is very helpful and they are very responsive to questions. Many thanks.

So, this IS a tool and while I was ready to give up on it and ship it back, I kept at it, rewatched the videos and got the hang of it. I HIGHLY recommend replacing the tiny blades with 9mm titanium tipped blades. they just work better and last longer. The only reason for the 4 star is that replacing the blades is ...well, it is onerous. Not sure how I would have designed it better but hopefully that is improved in the next go round. I got both the regular and the small one and really, once you practice and really get the blades right, it works like it does in the video. Be prepared to ruin a few cans while you get it right but keep going and it is a great product!
