Payment is expected at least 2 days after ordering. Non-paid orders will be cancelled. All orders are final once paid.

An order cannot be cancelled after a shipping notification has been sent out. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me directly BEFORE shipping has occurred.

All orders are shipped with the Swedish postal system (Post Nord) as regular mail. All orders are sent by default as unregistered airmail to keep the cost down. Shipping to abroad from Sweden is unfortunately very expensive, but if you want it arranged, please message me before making a purchase (starting price of track and trace from Post Nord with most parcels is 300SEK).

Shipping time may vary, but it usually takes 7-14 days for international orders to arrive. Domestic takes about 2-5 days.

Additional fees, such as customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Check your local regulations before placing an order.

All patches are sew-on patches, not iron-on, and will require some sewing from your side. Both to get it onto whatever item you wish and to minimize the risks of the fabric fraying. Because all patches are cut out by hand from a big cloth, the actual size of the patches may vary slightly. All patches are printed on a high-quality, sturdy, polyester fabric.

Although all my patches are washable and should not fade, make sure to follow these simple steps to prolong the lifespan of the print:
‡ Machine wash your patches on a cold (~30ºC/86ºF) and gentle setting.
‡ Turn clothing with patches on inside out before washing.
‡ Let them dry naturally, if possible. If you have to put them in the dryer, make sure that it's on a gentle setting.
‡ Iron the patch with the print facing the ironing board, or put a piece of cloth on top of the print while ironing.

If you follow these few, easy steps, your print should last as long as the fabric it's printed on!
