Item was exactly how I requested! Took a while to get a response and the shipping was not super fast but owner was kind and accommodating and it did arrive on time as promised.

I ordered banners for my daughter’s birthday party. After about a week I was notified that there would be a delay in shipping, but luckily I had ordered far enough in advance that there was still plenty of time. The shop owner assured me that they would ship on Saturday. The following Tuesday I received notification that the order was cancelled, leaving me with very little time to come up with a new plan for party decorations. Would not recommend this seller to anyone looking for something for a scheduled event.

Loved the dinosaur themed monthly photo banners! Also purchased the high chair banners and garland, everything was adorable. Easy to assemble and looked great!

Ordered on july1, received a notification on july10 that the item would be shipped on july10. Then on july17 a label was created. Its july 20 & still nothing but im asked to leave a review?

This review is only based off customer service. My Happy Birthday Banner order never arrived, once I informed them I received a response right away and was given the choice of having another banner sent out or a full refund. Since we were cutting it too close to the party I asked for a refund and received confirmation of it the very next day. I really appreciate the quick resolution to the issue.
