Hello! Thank you for visiting Soft Spoken Crafts, an Etsy run by me, Clover! My business name is Julie, so feel free to call me either! Here you will find a treasure trove of items I made revolving around things that I find interesting or that I like. Plushies, keychains, perler bead knic knacks, and anything else I feel like making in the meantime! I take commissions for most everything I have posted, just send me an email at Softspokensales [!at]

I make everything meticulously and I strive for perfection with everything I make! I am still learning however, so please forgive me if the finished product isn't what you expected. I try to match everything as accurately as possible with commissions, but not everything can be recreated well in the case of the smaller keychains or plushies. I will add what I can and defining details that I can though!

That being said, I hope you find something that you like in my shop. :D

I take payment in the forms of Paypal or Credit/Debit cards. Please keep in mind that I will not ship/start a commission before I receive payment in any kind of form.

For already made items, I will not ship until I received full payment.

For commissions, I will not start the commission until I received half payment for supplies, and the rest after I have sent a picture of the finished profuct and the buyer is satisfied. Please note: I WILL NOT refund the first half of the payment for supplies if the buyer is not satisfied with the finished product. I can attempt to remake the commission, but I cannot afford to refund money after I have already had to use the said money on clay, fabric, thread, or whatever the likes of the commission may be. Thank you for understanding, and keep this in mind when you make a commission.
I tend to ship within 3 days of the purchase, if it isn't a commission. Any longer and I will send you a message giving you an estimate on when I will be able to ship. If you need it as soon as possible, please note or email me.
All shipping prices are fair and based around things I have shipped in the past. I apologize in advance if I overcharge on shipping for anything, it just means that I miscalculated what I expected the shipping to be.
That being said, I will not try make a mistake larger than $3, and if so I will refund the difference.
I can also offer a more expensive priority and/or tracking and insurance. Just send me a note or an email to softspokensales [!at]
Refunds and Exchanges
I will not issue refunds based around shipping damage or loss. Upon request of the buyer for extra charge, I can insure the package, but that's the extent of what I can do.
I will not refund any commission money if I have already shipped the commissioned piece out. I will ALWAYS send high quality finished product pictures to the buyer, with all sides pictured to make sure that the buyer is satisfied with their product.

If I make a commission that doesn't satisfy a customer, I will issue a 50% refund, but the first half of the commission cost goes straight to supplies, so I cannot refund that. I apologize if this becomes and issue, but I believe that my products will always be satisfactory, because I work extra hard to make sure!

Frequently Asked Questions
What do you use to make your keychains?
*I use sculpey III and sculpey, with a wire skeleton to hold shape. Then after carefully molding into the desired form, I bake it. Then I paint details very carefully, and seal the paint with a glaze. I make my own keychains, and they come attached to one.*

Why don't you do international shipping?
*I am a bit iffy on the manner right now. It will be available soon as soon as I can figure out how to price things!*
