SHIPPING POLICY
Izdal's standard method of shipping is USPS. However, upon request we can use-FedEx and UPS for additional fees paid by the buyer. Our international carrier for all purchases are USPS and DHL(Extra charge). You will be notified via email when your order ships for the expected arrival date and time. It is the customers’ responsibility to accept the shipment when it is attempted for delivery and/or to contact the carrier.
Most orders ship within two days of receipt of your order. Note that the orders placed after 12:00 am on Thursday will be shipped on following Monday due to the fact that USPS does not deliver on Sundays. If there is any change in shipping process, customer will be notified by phone or email.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. If you want to pay an additional amount for insurance, please email us directly.

ORDER PROCESSING
Your order is processed as soon as it is received. Special processing (such as alternate shipping address that has to be verified with bank/customer) or too many orders for a particular product in the same period of time may delay shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping days means working days. We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible. However, we do not guarantee the shipping time of an order, and in case of a delay, whether our fault or for reasons beyond our control, we do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Izdal Group Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Should there be shipping errors; Izdal.com will offer reasonable assistance in the correction of that error. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery carrier. You must file any such claims with that delivery carrier.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return your item in its original condition to us for merchandise credit, minus any shipping charges. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s). The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. When you purchase from Izdal Group Inc. you are accepting these rules and conditions.

Our products are silver coated and they do not contain nickel and lead. Izdal is not responsible for allergic reactions and skin irritations. We have never had any problems with this is the 15 years we have been in business. Photos of items are examples only. Our items are molded and made in lots. The color, shape, texture and appearance may vary from item to item and lot to lot.
Due to our volume of business, the grouping of items you order may contain plus or minus an item. If your order is missing two or more pieces, Izdal will issue a refund for the missing items. There will be no replacement of missing items and Izdal is not responsible for damaged pieces. The sets will not be broken. They are sold in the lot in which they are pictured. The items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. All wholesale purchases are final.
All sale items and wholesale orders are FINAL SALES; there are no returns or exchanges.
Items may appear bigger or smaller from the photos. We are not responsible for misunderstanding of the size of the items.
