How do I download "Instant Download" files?
"Instant download" files will be available once payment is confirmed. Follow this link for instructions on how to download:

Please be aware that even if Etsy states that it is an “Instant Download” the file may be a digital file that is customized then emailed to you. Please read the listing description prior to purchasing.
My files are printing smaller/bigger than the actual size.
You must not be printing at 100% scale. When printing, set Page Scaling to None in your print window.
Choose Actual Size when printing. The files are set to the exact size.
Why can’t I edit my file?
The item you purchased is a digital file that is customized by Soiree Cafe. (per the listing description). Should you need edits please contact the shop via email (info@soiree-cafe.com) or through Etsy Messenger.
The colors from my inkjet printer are not as bright as I want.
To increase vibrancy, set your printer to “fine print” or “photo print” and/or try upgrading to matte photo paper. Or, have your file printed at a print shop such as Staples, OfficeMax or FedEx instead of DIY.
I’m trying to upload the file to print as a photo and it gives me an error, why?
In order to print as a photo you will need to upload the file(s) in JPEG format. Please request this from the shop.
Why do the colors look different on my phone/iPad?
Don’t worry - the screen display on a mobile device often makes colors look different than on your computer or when printed. Open your file on your computer using Acrobat Reader and it will look correct.
