**** I will not issue refunds because of chain length. Photos are intended for reference only; please measure your neck or wrist before you order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date with Etsy and PayPal. I ship to the payment address provided and cannot accept responsibility for misdirected packages. If a package is returned to me undelivered for any reason, you will be assessed additional shipping costs and invoiced via PayPal. I will reship your package once postage payment is received.
Repairs:
If for any reason your purchase is in need of a repair please send me a message through Etsy. All repairs take approximately 1-2 weeks. I charge a flat rate fee of $10.00 for repair work. Return shipping fees on repairs are the customer's responsibility.
***Please note that my items are handmade. Most items are delicate and need to be handled with care. I am not responsible for items broken due to improper handling or normal wear and tear. Please be kind to your jewelry!

Your item will be carefully shipped in a poly mailer and will come packaged in a brown kraft gift box environment-friendly style (all in one box ).
•••If you are sending the item as a gift, please let me know in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. I'd be happy to enclose a gift note for you as well!
•••Please note: I cannot send a duplicate package if delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered to a confirmed address.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once it is documented that I dropped the package at the shipping service, I am not responsible at for it at that point. All efforts are made on my end for a safe and speedy delivery but please note that I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages; once they've left my hands they're unfortunately outside of my control.

For all non-US orders, including Canada, I ship via USPS First Class Mail International. There is no way to track international first class mail packages once they leave my hands. Delivery times for international packages vary; the average, in my experience, is between 7 and 30 business days. Remember, your package might have to cross oceans and continents and will always have to pass through your country's customs office. This can take a while.

Some countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain price coming into the country. SolBrisa does NOT know if your country will charge you or what the fee might be. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. In accordance with international laws, I include a receipt in every international package I mail out.
