Your personal information such as your name, address, phone numbers and order history will NOT be sold or traded to 3rd parties. You will never be asked for, nor receive from us, sensitive information via email. SolidPlans may be required by law to disclose certain personal information in the event of a court order, subpoena, warrant or similar legal processes. We will comply with such a request to the extent we are legally obligated to do so.

SolidPlans customers have the ability to view and update personal information via Etsy. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by unauthorized persons you must contact Etsy and SolidPlans immediately as we are not responsible for any charges or damages arising from access to your account with your credentials.

If there is a major change in this Privacy & Security Policy, all existing account holders will be notified via email at the email address on file. We cannot be responsible for email notices that are not delivered due to filters and other message scanners on servers outside of our control.

There has never been a known breach of the SolidPlans database, but if one were to occur all existing account holders will be notified via email at the email address on file.
