About SolidSoaps

Sales 125
On Etsy since 2018

Consumable. Eco-friendly. Handmade with love.

I made my first melt-and-pour soap almost 10 years ago when John, my boyfriend (now husband), and I wanted to make Christmas presents for our families. Flash forward 10 years later... This hobby-turned-hustle is now my fun, artistic outlet that is both unique and practical. Cold process soaping involves science, which is super cool, too.
The logo for Solid Soaps is a doodle I made on June 15, 2008 while waiting for John to finish work! It's of my right hand (because I'm left handed).

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

Because cold process soaps typically need at least 4 weeks to cure, please place your order at least 5-6 weeks prior.

Care instructions

Soap lasts longer in a dish that allows for proper drainage.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Almost all of my packaging is recycled or recyclable. I do use bubble wrap (which can be recycled in certain places), but I plan on phasing this out once I run out of my bubble wrap supply.

If you'd like your soaps specifically wrapped or packaged, please let me know! I will do my best to accommodate.
