Very happy with the quality of workmanship of the wand. The customer service, the size I wanted, shipping and packaging were all above expectations.

I love it!! So maybe 30 min after ordering the seller messaged me and confirmed that the crystal she had chosen was okay with me and had asked what wire I would like she was very kind and understanding it did take a bit longer then anticipated to ship but that's to be expected with hand made items once received I was slightly thrown off by the larger box I expected the item to be small biased off review pictures but this is quite large and I love the bigger size and it adds a comfortable amount of weight to it and it has a string at the bottom for better grip and there's no splintering ends 10/10 would recommend
