I decided to go back to painting watercolors for a while and this slimy little fellow was the first. I love our little tree frogs, even though they make a mess on my railings. Now he's ready to hop off to someone else's house.

Finally finished getting the latest two insect paintings into my shop. I have really been enjoying doing the insects. They have such personality.

About

Product reflects self

Time is precious and we tend to realize this about midway through our life. We look at ourselves, our life, our work and wonder how did I get here? Some day I was going to do this or that, and never did, when will I? Now can be that SomeWhen. And that is how I got here, on Etsy, selling the things I make and the paintings I create. I wanted to work for myself, from home and these are my creative skills.
I live in a very diverse and beautiful natural area. I am only minutes from the rivers where I fish with my dad. Only thirty minutes from the bay where I kayak and paddleboard with my husband. We are also only thirty minutes from the Gulf of Mexico with it's beautiful sugar white sands and emerald waters. We live in the country and have chickens, goats, dogs, and a cat. In all of these places I am continuously observing the native flora and fauna that surround me and that influence my artwork.
You can also find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/somewhenintime/
where I post new items as they are added, show works in progress, feature incredible items I find in other's Etsy shops, and occasionally post other interesting articles.

I love to create which has led to combining my painting with my needlecraft art in this shop. I find much inspiration from living in a very rural part of Florida near the convergence of two rivers and the nearby Gulf of Mexico beaches.
