From 1 October 2023, Japan Post has resumed service in some areas and revised its prices. Please note that our shipping costs have increased in line with the price revision.
In addition, standard delivery to Canada, France and the UK will take longer than before due to the courier change from FedEx to Japan Post.
Standard delivery to the USA and Germany will continue to be handled by FedEx.
Please contact us if you require a delivery other than standard delivery method.

We are currently experiencing considerable delivery delays for mail parcels to Australia. Also please note that although a tracking number is provided, it is not possible to check the delivery status of your package after arriving in Australia.
If you want your package to be delivered quickly and surely, please select FedEx as an upgrade delivery option.

◆Customs and duties◆
Customs duty may be charged when the package arrives at the customs in your country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please be aware in advance that you may be required to give your consignee's taxpayer identification number (need contact information for importer for EIN/SSN) upon customs clearance.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Shipping pens to the U.S.✒︎✒︎
Ink (including ballpoint pens, sign pens, fountain pens, and markers) is subject to Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulations in the U.S. and the consignee may be required to submit a TSCA form at the import customs clearance. All instructions will be given through FedEx.
Therefore when shipping pens to the U.S., consignee's email address and phone number must be filled out on the commercial invoice for FedEx to reach out to the customer.
Please note in advance that if you purchase pens, we will have to notify your e-mail address registered in PayPal to FedEx.
