Greetings and Welcome to Something Sweet Personalized Party Favors. My goal is to creatively meet your event needs! If you don’t see what you are looking for, feel free to message me for custom orders.

Items in my shop are handmade by me and handmade items take a little bit of extra time and care. I have a very busy schedule working a full time job and running Something Sweet. Please be sure to order well in advance so you will have your items in time without having to pay additional rush processing and express shipping charges.

Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. No returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted, No Exceptions. Refunds on custom items are issued ONLY if there is an error made by the seller and there is not enough time to reship your item.

Please read item descriptions and processing times prior to ordering. Refunds or Cancellation will NOT be accepted due to failure to read posted information.

Your personalization is copied and pasted just as entered. I will not issue a refund if you enter information spelled incorrectly. If you have any questions about descriptions, please message me prior to purchasing. Remember, you are paying for services which require time and effort from me.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE IN THE NOTES TO SELLER SECTION REQUESTING FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE LISTING SHIP DATE UNLESS IT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED PRIOR TO YOU ORDERING. NO CANCELLATION REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, YOUR ITEM WILL SHIP AS SCHEDULED! IF RUSH IS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME, I WILL EXTEND THAT OPTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO USE RUSH, YOUR ORDER WILL STILL SHIP ON THE SCHEDULED DATE.

Faster shipping options is for shipping only and does not have anything to do with processing times. Processing time will still be the listed amount of days it take me to complete your order. Upgraded shipping will only make your item move faster through the United States Postal System.

Please check your package immediately for any missing or damaged items. You MUST notify me within 2 days of receiving your package if any items are incorrect or missing in order to receive a replacement or refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 2 DAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS

I will not issue refunds for any damages caused during shipping, delays, lost or stolen items. If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with USPS for the damages. I am not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Insurance is available if requested. If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know and I will bill you for the cost of insurance.

All items are handmade and may vary slightly. Once you give me your color combinations, I will use those based on supplies on hand. Cardstock papers vary as well. I will contact you if the color chosen is not available

All items come from a smoke free & pet free home.
Payment
I accept all online transactions through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
Shipping
All shipping is through the United States Postal Service.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Unfortunately, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DELAYS, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS once your order leaves our shop. If the package is shipped via PRIORITY or EXPRESS mail, insurance is included and a claim can be filed with the USPS. I recommend ALL packages be insured for the purchase amount and shipped with signature confirmation however it is not a requirement! If you would like your package to be insured or shipped with signature confirmation, please message me to pay for those options before checkout. If you choose signature confirmation and fail to pick up your package, it will be sent back to me. If it is sent back, I will not reship the product until new shipping costs have been paid and I WILL NOT issue a refund for packages not picked up from your local post office.

FIRST CLASS MAIL DISCLAIMER: First class mail includes tracking, but not insurance. It is the same mail service if you were to mail a letter or birthday card in the mail. Once it leaves our office, it out of control and in the hands of the USPS. No refunds or credits will be issued regarding the delivery, non-delivery, or delays of First Class Mail packages. If there are issues first point of contact should be your local USPS office. Please provide them with the tracking number. If they cannot resolve the issue then please contact us.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We ship to the address provided at checkout. I cannot change addresses after the order has been placed, it will be shipped to the the shipping address provided on the order receipt only, NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will NOT be issued if you fail to provide a correct address at checkout and your order is shipped to the wrong address. Please make sure that address is correct when checking out!

PROCESSING TIME:
Most items are processed within 5-10 business days. (Weekends and holidays not included) Please see processing times on each separate listing. Rush Processing is available upon request. Please contact me prior to adding the rush fee to your cart to be sure that I can deliver by the date needed. Please do not disregard the processing times and place orders requesting a rush order in the notes without paying the rush fees or contacting me. **If you choose to place an order ignoring the processing/shipping times, it will be shipped in the normal processing time frame and I am not responsible for orders that are not received by your event date***

Express delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. There is a listing in my shop to add express delivery.

Please be sure to check for sales prior to ordering. I will not apply sales or adjust invoices. All sales must be utilized before order is submitted.

***Please be sure to send any/all personalization information for your order. If dates are missing, I will attempt to contact you. If no response if made within 24 hours, the order will be printed with the information that is available.

Invitations require a proof to be approved prior to printing. Custom items may also require a proof. Please be sure to check your Etsy email within 2 days to see your proof. For rush items, please check back within 24 hours.

Weekend and Holidays are not included in processing and shipping times.
