Custom and personalized orders
I do indeed take custom orders! There are times when I am over loaded with custom orders but most of the time it only takes me 1 or 2 weeks to complete an order. Just convo me and I'll try and help you out!
Sizing details
ALL of my hats are mini sizes. I do not make regular sized hats.
Mini hats sit on top of your head.
The mini hats do not fit *around* your head so they will fit/sit on top of everyone's head!
They stay on by using an elastic strap. This is how my hats stay on your head...

You get EXACTLY the hat pictured in the listing.
Care instructions
All of my hats are sensitive to moisture and rain.
Many people like to display their hats after they wear them.
The best spot is away from dust in a class cabinet or dome. Otherwise sit them on your dresser and admire them daily!
How do these stay on your head?
All of my mini top hats stay on with the aid of an elastic band that fits on the back of your head.

Can you hold a hat for me?
I can hold hats!
I will hold hats for circumstances such as, "pay day is on Friday".
I cannot hold hats while you make up your mind as this may/will effect selling a hat that you may not want. I am a small business and I have to take every opportunity to sell as I am able. If a hat is being held due to indecision then I could miss a sale to someone else...got to pay the mortgage and buy more supplies!
-I can only hold hats for up to 5 days.
-I cannot hold hats that have been advertised on Facebook or Instagram. I can hold them 3 days after posted on these sites (again hold for only 5 days).
-Discounts will not apply to hats that are held for any length of time.
(custom orders are never discounted...coupons and sales do not apply).
More on Returns
While I certainly will accept returns with full refunds, I cannot give a full refund on hats that have been worn. There is a fee of 5% if you use Paypal as your payment option. Etsy does not give me the refund on the fee they take when I sell hat if Paypal is used. I do give full refunds (minus shipping cost) if you use a Credit Card.
